I’m Cristina - a mental performance coach, sport specialist chiropractor, and ex-varsity-soccer-player-turned Crossfitter.
During my competitive playing days, I had my fair share of mental struggles.
I played in 20 minutes of my entire first varsity season - and almost quit the team.
I got injured in second year - and had an intense fear of re-injury that left me lacking confidence when I was finally able to get back on the field.
I worked my butt off in training and in the gym and was faster and stronger than ever before = and still lost focus and wasn’t able to make simple passes during games.
I choked under the pressure of sudden death penalty kicks in the bronze medal game - and missed the net, resulting in the end of my career.
While I was working hard in training on my technical skills and physical ability, what I didn’t know was that it was equally as important to work on my mental skills.

I’m a mental performance consultant, sport specialist chiropractor, soccer coach, former competitive soccer player, and current wannabe-competitive CrossFitter.
I have worked with thousands of athletes - from professionals, to Olympians, to national competitors, to weekend warriors - to help them improve their performance.
Sometimes I help with physical performance, like getting stronger, rehabbing an injury, improving range of motion and movement.
Sometimes I help with mental performance, like dealing with pressure situations, improving focus, building confidence, and achieving goals.
And often those two things are intertwined.
My knowledge and education in both physical and mental performance means I have a unique perspective when approaching any injury or performance problem.
As a former athlete, I understand. I get it. I was there. And I came out on the other side.
